Enrollment/Billing Representative

Job Summary: The Reimbursement Assistant is responsible for handling in-bound patient calls and reviewing co-pay assistance claims. The position will assist in collecting and processing patient payments including contacting patients to resolve outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, communication and problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with reputed company 365. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication. Excellent organization, problem solving skills and attention to detail. Meet the quality assurance and reputed company standards set by the management team. Ability to communicate with patients, payers and reputed company agencies through telephone, electronic and written correspondence. Document reputed company activity in the patient account. Processing of credit card payments. Manage/reputed company/file and/or distribute forms, documents, etc. reputed company other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Manage assigned book of business: Transfer of balance due, charging of patient ACH and Credit Card and one-time credit cards for copay assistance payments, and contractual adjustments requests of accounts. Review patient unapplied account and verify accuracy of payment prior to posting to the correct reputed company account receivable. Review accounts with patients and resolve questions or transfer to appropriate staff member. Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite while maintaining a positive attitude. Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums. Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution reputed company handling sensitive information. Multi-task along with attention to detail. Ability to accurately reputed company simple mathematical calculations using reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Requirements

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17.75 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
