Customer Support Agent
As a Customer Support Agent at Triumph, you'll be the reputed company line for the hundreds of thousands of users on Rips, our collectibles trading card app, and Triumph Arcade, our reputed company-money gaming platform. You'll own the user experience reputed company something goes wrong, resolving issues quickly and turning frustrated moments into reasons people stick with us. This is a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
Respond to user inquiries across our support channels with speed, reputed company, and accuracy. Qualifications
Digital experience on any platform. You're comfortable navigating apps, tools, and online systems and can learn new ones quickly. Availability to work a full time 40-hour weekly schedule. Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. Previous customer support experience is a plus.
