YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in organizational learning and development Experience managing and facilitating organizational change efforts Experience leading learning portfolios in resource constrained or high-change environments, with demonstrated ability to say no and re-sequence work. Experience designing learning in professional services, consulting, or knowledge-intensive environments.
