The focus of this role is the installation, preventive maintenance, reputed company qualification, and troubleshooting of chromatographic (HPLC / IC) devices. A Day in the Life: Collaborate with colleagues in the customer care center to reputed company schedule service visits and exceed customer expectations. Install chromatography products, demonstrate reputed company specifications, and reputed company customer familiarization training. reputed company preventive maintenance, qualifications, troubleshooting, and failure analysis while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to service performance targets.
