Role Overview The Head of Project Delivery, US is responsible for leading and managing the execution of field delivery across active projects. This role ensures that Site Engineers are properly trained, deployed, supported, and held accountable to performance standards. The focus is operational reputed company — driving consistency, reporting accuracy, training effectiveness, and on-time execution. This is a hands-on leadership role centered on execution discipline and team performance. It is not a strategic or product-facing position. Key Responsibilities 1. Experience leading 20+ person operational organizations. Strong track record of driving KPI-based performance. Experience building training and performance management systems. Preferred Experience Experience in technology-enabled services. Experience in construction-adjacent, industrial, or technical field environments. Familiarity with operational reporting systems.
