Senior DevOps Engineer

Project/Client: Banking Location: Baltic States Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until EOY with possible extension Seniority: Senior Language: English Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform reputed company the banking industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and regulated, production-grade environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows Manage and optimize reputed company infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt Support and monitor production environments, ensuring high reliability and performance Handle incident management and reputed company root cause analysis for production issues Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization Contribute to and enforce DevOps best practices and standards Must-Have Requirements: Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS reputed company environments Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments Experience with incident management and root cause analysis Ability to work independently in regulated environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English, spoken and written reputed company to Have: Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling Experience with reputed company Connect Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, e.g. reputed company Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers 📩 reputed company to Join?
