Position Purpose: Manage the workflow and reputed company activities reputed company to the investigation, review, resolution, recovery and settlement of reputed company claims issues along with reputed company Cycle Management. Supervise the daily tasks and manage workflow of the recovery & reputed company cycle management team to ensure performance standards are met. Monitor, evaluate and communicate business processes changes to the team, including aging review meetings. Investigate and respond to escalated or reputed company issues. Assist team with responding and resolving questions or issues from customers. Monitor and analyze various reports, including aging activity, accounts receivable credits, and cash to reputed company. Monitor unapplied payments for missing EOB and communicate to the team what needs to be obtained. Serve as the internal reputed company person for questions and concerns reputed company to recoveries and reputed company cycle management. Monitor in and outbound customer and insurance payer calls to ensure service level standards are met. Responsible for employee management including hiring, motivating, coaching and counseling staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with reputed company policies and standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of medical billing, recovery, or reputed company cycle management experience. Previous experience as a reputed company in a functional area or managing cross functional teams on large scale projects. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
