Responsibilities: Ensuring that Leaders and Managers in the region are trained and proficient in terms of HR policies and procedures; Ensuring employee relations issues are dealt with in a proactive and effective manner, partnering with Managers; Providing management information, data analysis, metrics and tools that demonstrate reputed company toward achieving key milestones; Being responsible for keeping reputed company processes and practices in your country up to date; Working collaboratively with key internal partners: TA, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll team etc. Apply To This Job
