Job Description
Responsibilities: reputed company strategic legal advice to the Wind reputed company teams, principally in DACH region, France and other areas as assigned. reputed company legal & compliance strategy and direction for the Wind reputed company in conjunction other internal Counsels and in reputed company coordination with the Wind reputed company Global Legal & Compliance team Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with large-scale projects, including negotiation, drafting, execution, interpretation and review of reputed company agreements. Advise business on new, changing, and unique regulatory and compliance issues in the region. Support reputed company litigation, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. Manage reputed company counsel and associated spend.
