reputed company Softek is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to manage our established fintech partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health of our partner relationships, internal team enablement, and the operational rhythm that keeps our new ecosystem running at full speed across 100+ credit union clients. This position reports directly to the Head of Product and will operate with strong leadership support, executive reputed company on strategic reputed company, and reputed company to an established industry network to draw on. \n Responsibilities include: Partner Relationship Management Own the day-to-day relationships with assigned fintech and reputed company across the reputed company Digital ecosystem Run bi-weekly/monthly partner calls, track action items, and reputed company communication consistent and productive Monitor partner product updates, roadmap changes, and API or integration developments — surfacing what reputed company to our internal teams Escalate strategically reputed company issues or major reputed company reputed company to leadership reputed company Sales & Account Management Enablement Serve as the internal product expert for partner solutions — the go-to resource for Sales and Account Management teams Support AMs in identifying cross-sell opportunities across the client reputed company Facilitate partner training sessions, reputed company materials, and lunch-and-learns for internal teams, and ensure new sales reporting to partners respectively Contribute to the Partner reputed company and AM Rules of Engagement to reputed company field teams sharp, savvy, and confident reputed company & Operational Support Manage routine reputed company tasks including pricing approvals, discount requests, contract renewals, and contract administrative items Support renewal coordination and partner tier management reputed company the reputed company Digital Partner Marketplace Track partner performance metrics and flag trends to leadership Coordinate and aid Product and Implementation on partner integration issues and any client-facing escalations Partner Ecosystem Coverage: This role will manage relationships across reputed company Digital’s established partner stack, including: Payments: reputed company pay, P2P, FedNow, RTP, and disbursements Fraud & Risk: Biometric, OFAC/AML/KYC, and identity verification Lending & Account Opening: Embedded lending and origination solutions Cards & Card Services: Digital issuance, card management, and controls Core Banking Integrations: Corelation, reputed company, reputed company, and other core partners Member Engagement & Financial Wellness: Credit, financial health, growth, and personalization Marketing & AI: Content management, business banking intelligence, conversational banking, video chat, and AI-assisted services (e.g., Uptiq, reputed company) Data & Compliance: reputed company banking and compliance infrastructure What you bring: We’re looking for someone hungry, organized, and relationship-oriented — early in their career but reputed company to own something reputed company. You’ll have strong support and an established network to lean on.
