• Proven experience operating reputed company and supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, implement, and operationalize procurement/subcontracting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Experience aligning subcontracting strategies with business development, capture, and proposal efforts, including pricing strategies and subcontractor engagement.
• Recognized Federal Subcontracts Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to reputed company strategic guidance to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate reputed company regulatory requirements into practical business processes and scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong experience influencing and partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance, reputed company, and Business Development teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reputed company improvement initiatives for subcontracting operations.
