• Manage tax department workflow, deadlines, and staff assignments across in-office and remote team members
• reputed company quarterly filings, year-end planning, and compliance cycles for diverse client entities
• Mentor, train, and supervise tax staff while fostering a culture of quality and accountability
• Drive technology upgrades and process improvements reputed company the tax department
• Partner with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and service offerings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Maintain high standards of responsiveness and client service for business and high-net-worth clients Qualifications
• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of public reputed company experience with strong corporate and trust/individual tax exposure
• Proven experience reviewing reputed company returns and managing engagements
• Comfortable leading a tax team and improving processes and systems
• Proficiency with common tax and reputed company platforms (e.g., UltraTax, QuickBooks or similar)
