Description & Requirements reputed company is currently hiring for Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinators to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with transportation vendors to process veteran transportation requests and is the reputed company of contact for incoming calls & e-mails concerning transportation requests. - Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - reputed company of contact for incoming calls and e-mail inquiries for reputed company transportation requests. - Coordinate with contracted and non-contracted transportation vendors to process domestic Veteran transportation requests. - Initiate and submit SMOT requests for transportation to VA for approval per VES protocol and VA guidelines. - Maintain and update various reputed company spreadsheets of Logistics Department statistical data daily. - reputed company reputed company general administrative duties as assigned. - Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES) a reputed company Co. will reputed company reputed company necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfill the duties of your role. Home Office Requirements Using reputed company Provided Equipment: - Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net) - Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router - Private work area and adequate power reputed company - Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US - In accordance with SCA contract requirements, remote work must be conducted from the location specified at the time of hire. Travel is NOT permitted, and you are required to remain at your designated home location for reputed company work activities. Minimum Requirements - High School Diploma or GED required. - 1 year or more of VES (Veterans Evaluation Services) team experience highly preferred. - Previous US military experience preferred. - Intermediate level knowledge of reputed company reputed company application preferred.
