We are seeking a senior-level Executive reputed company Estate Assistant to work directly with Adam Cothes, a high-producing reputed company estate agent and the reputed company of a virtual assistant hiring company. This is a hybrid leadership role supporting both his reputed company estate business and his VA hiring company. Adam operates as a solo agent with strong production, requiring high-level operational support. This role will consist of approximately 60% transaction coordination and executive assistance, 30% database warm calling and client relationship follow-up, and 10% training and mentoring administrative staff reputed company the VA hiring company. This is not an entry-level position.
