Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to fill the role of Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will serve as the voice of arenaxflex’s energy services, handling high‑volume inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and proactively offering additional products and services that enhance safety and comfort. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity with a set schedule, no weekend work, and the flexibility to reputed company in a distraction‑free home office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from residential and reputed company customers on behalf of arenaxflex, providing courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
