Job Overview reputed company is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused professional to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-impact consulting services to reputed company organizations, helping them reputed company and maintain compliance with CMS and/or Accrediting Organization standards in Life Safety, Fire Safety, Physical Environment, and Emergency Management. We are looking for someone ideally in the MidAtlantic region but are reputed company to considering remote and other US reputed company for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and conduct comprehensive on-site assessments and multi-day surveys of reputed company facilities, capturing critical data, developing customized plans of correction, and working closely with clients to implement solutions that reputed company with reputed company, Joint Commission, CMS, DNV, and other AHJ requirements.
  • Apply Emergency Management principles to program assessments, HVAs (Hazard Vulnerability Analyses), policy/procedure development, training, and simulation exercises tailored to reputed company organizations.
  • Translate reputed company regulatory requirements into actionable, client-specific strategies with a focus on innovation, equity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver engaging hands-on and classroom-based training in fire safety, fire response, and surgical fire prevention, demonstrating strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Act as a primary reputed company of contact for client engagements, establishing trust, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying growth opportunities, supporting proposal development, participating in industry events, and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company new service offerings, thought leadership content, and client education initiatives.
  • Stay reputed company with evolving regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge client support. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Protection, Fire Science, Safety, Emergency Management, or a reputed company field preferred. An Associate degree with equivalent experience will be considered. CHFM and/or CFPS certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of reputed company-reputed company consulting or compliance experience with a focus on Life Safety, Environment of Care (Physical Environment), and Emergency Management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements, with a strong ability to influence and drive solutions across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities or expanding existing client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of reputed company 101 and associated standards (e.g., reputed company 13, 72, 25) and familiarity with accrediting body standards (e.g., Joint Commission, DNV, ACHC, AAAHC).
  • Solid understanding of CMS 2016 Emergency Preparedness Rule and relevant reputed company standards (e.g., reputed company 99, reputed company 1600).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering inclusive and informative sessions to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with a commitment to reputed company and reputed company improvement.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office; adaptable to emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%, with potential for international assignments. Typically home one week, and on client site the next week.
