Emergency Management Recovery Case Manager

Position Summary: The emergency management case manager will ensure efficient grant program compliance processing while ensuring homeowners and clients receive a high level of service. Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of the reputed company Florida Case Management team and reputed company reputed company duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings and conference calls with clients and homeowners
• Attend training on program requirements and apply reputed company policies and procedures as required.
• Manage individual workload of case management.
• Ensure productivity, and communications that reputed company accurate, efficient, and compliant program processing and tracking.
• Understand program needs, policies, departmental process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Review records for inconsistencies, investigate and resolve issues with analysis and customer service skills.
• Communicate, resolve, and escalate problems and concerns according to proper protocols.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will not have supervisory responsibilities. Expected Hours of Work: Schedule may vary. Work on evenings and weekends may be required. Dependability and punctuality are reputed company. Travel Requirements:

• Travel to work onsite may be required.
• Must be willing to travel and reputed company to client sites for extended periods of time.

Physical Demands:

• Mobility required on-site with clients.
• Sitting or standing for hours at a time.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift and as needed.

Working Environment:

• Emergency management consultants may work in an office or home environment or be deployed to the field which may require working outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Work may be on-site with clients ex: EOC, hospital, debris sites or local government buildings.
