MH Respite Mobile Clinical Supervisor
About the position Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to reputed company clinical guidance, reputed company and supervision to clients as part of one of our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams. Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and reputed company staff supervision.
Responsibilities

- Teach and model clinical interventions using strength-based strategies and evidence based practices delivered in a culturally competent manner

- Facilitate recovery-based services that are focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences

Requirements
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, rehabilitation, reputed company work, or reputed company field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Vaid Massachusetts drivers license
