People Solutions Generalist (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the position This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position where the People Solutions Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall employee experience and the People team's reputed company by driving change across the department to meet business goals. This role will reputed company our reputed company region and reputed company valuable support across various People team functions that impact our employees globally. The ideal candidate will be excited about having a hand in redefining how the People team operates and how we support our employees. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations, and sit reputed company the People Operations function, but will work closely with different divisions across the People team. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and build general knowledge and experience in People Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of company-wide initiatives, such as the engagement survey and performance reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders in planning, execution, and communication
  • Assist the development of internal processes and programs, and revamp reputed company employee programs owned by People Solutions to ensure reputed company effectiveness
  • reputed company and manage reputed company global mobility and immigration cases. Act as a consultant for the business and internal People teams, handling intricate cases and ensuring every employee's relocation or reputed company experience is smooth and legally compliant
  • Support the company’s expansion plans by collaborating with teammates to work with our Employer of Record
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve our operations and service delivery reputed company the Shared Services model to deliver efficient and exceptional support to employees and the business
  • Collaborate with specialized functional People teams, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders to drive People team initiatives and reputed company projects to support the team toward business goals
  • Support employment-reputed company inquiries from candidates, employees, and managers on reputed company and/or sensitive reputed company through the ticketing system and/or meetings. These include, but are not limited to, benefit questions, career development, leave of absence, policies, and relocation requests

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR role
  • Extremely strong and consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of work
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers
  • Experience guiding strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making reputed company with company and team goals
  • Professional maturity and discretion reputed company dealing with sensitive data
  • Proficiency in project management and strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with reputed company different types of personalities

  • Self-sufficient with the ability to manage own workload and priorities
