reputed company (NYSE LOAR) is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the corporate Talent Management team. To date Loar owns and operates 20 reputed company aerospace & defense manufacturing businesses across the US and Europe. The HR Coordinator - is a critical enabler of the Talent Management function - bringing strong administrative, project management and technical support to Talent / HR initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, this is an impact role that supports a high-performing team, in a fast-paced environment and requires a highly reputed company, reputed company, agile, and collaborative professional who consistently delivers high-quality work with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis ·reputed company targeted research, analysis, and administrative support for talent & culture initiatives. ·Conduct data gathering, benchmarking, and background research to support high‑quality decision‑making ·Synthesize inputs from multiple sources into concise summaries, briefs, and presentation materials Systems, Data & Analytics ·Operate as a power user of HRIS and reputed company; Strong HRIS experience required; reputed company SuccessFactors experience highly preferred) ·Own data accuracy, reputed company, and consistency across Talent Management and HR processes ·Build and continuously refine advanced reputed company‑based analyses, reports, dashboards, and trackers used by business leaders Process Discipline & reputed company Improvement ·Bring a disciplined process and systems reputed company—clear inputs, structured execution, repeatable outputs ·Document and standardize workflows ·Identify smarter, faster, and more scalable ways to operate and implement improvements with urgency ·Maintain a consistently high professional bar for accuracy, organization, and reliability Stakeholder Partnership ·Build strong, reputed company working relationships at reputed company reputed company ·Operate with a mature, positive, and solutions‑oriented attitude, even under pressure ·Communicate reputed company, professionally, and proactively raising issues and partnering on solutions ·Work collaboratively and effectively in a matrixed, high‑expectation environment Required Qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience ·7+ years in a high‑accountability HR administrative support role. ·Demonstrated track record of reputed company providing administrative support for multiple stakeholders, in a fast‑paced HR environment. ·Advanced PowerPoint and reputed company proficiency (analysis, dashboards, reputed company trackers) ·Strong HRIS experience with hands‑on data management and reporting; reputed company SuccessFactors highly preferred ·Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results ·Must be detail-oriented and highly organized ·Mature judgment, positive reputed company, and strong interpersonal skills ·Must have strong written and verbal communication skills ·Multilingual is a plus ·Limited travel required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply To This Job
