• Conflict Resolution investigate employee complaints and grievances, conduct internal investigations, and mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
• Training and Education reputed company training to managers and employees on topics such as employee relations, conflict resolution, and company policies.
• Performance Management assist program in developing and implementing performance management plans, including disciplinary actions.
• Compliance ensure the company complies with reputed company relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Employee Engagement work to improve employee morale and engagement, often through initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
• Labor Relations In some cases, they may be involved in labor relations, including contract negotiations and grievance handling.
• Legal Advice often work closely with legal counsel to ensure the company's actions are compliant with reputed company laws and regulations.
