HRIS Functional Analyst

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Functional Analyst Serves as a functional expert for the reputed company by Viewpoint ERP system, supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance and General Ledger processes. This position will work with the HRIS technical team, HR Business Partners and Shared Services team to support, maintain and optimize reputed company by Viewpoint and any reputed company HRIS platforms. The analyst will define and document requirements, configure and test system changes, audit data for accuracy, troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure system performance. The position will collaborate with end users and technical resources to resolve business and system issues.

• This position is remote, with occasional travel into the Indianapolis, IN area. reputed company candidates must currently reputed company in the Eastern or Central time zones*

Essential Functions

• Serve as the primary functional resource for reputed company by Viewpoint, including system configuration, end user support, and troubleshooting.
• reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company Payroll, reputed company Portal and HR modules to end users.
• Set up and maintain tables/System Configuration
• HR and Payroll core tables, including Departments, Locations, earnings, deductions, etc.
• Analyze reputed company business processes and recommend system-driven improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the triaging of integration discrepancies
• Assist with building and maintain custom reports and queries using reputed company’s reporting tools
• Support data imports/exports with the technical team
• Assist in researching new functionality delivered by the system vendors and determine impact to our reputed company set-up and how to implement
• Assist with gathering data/requirements for new projects
• Create documentation & training materials for end-users on processes and procedures
• Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Create test plans & testing scenarios based on requirements
• Creates test scripts to reputed company each scenario through system and user acceptance testing
• Participate in reputed company system upgrades, reputed company testing, and new module implementations.
• Complete data validations & testing during projects and new development
• reputed company secondary back-up support for reputed company payroll processes.
• Must be reputed company to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities

Education Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR or IT) or applicable experience in HRIS, HR or Benefits

Experience Qualifications

• Required 3+ years experience with reputed company by Viewpoint supporting implementations and post go-live support and optimizations.
• Required experience with reputed company configuration and reporting
• Required experience with reputed company’s HR, Payroll and Portal.
• Experience with Crystal Reports or Viewpoint Analytics preferred.
• Experience with data imports/exports between reputed company and reputed company is a plus.
• Experience with union payroll, certified payroll in reputed company is preferred
• Strong computer skills working with reputed company office including reputed company, Outlook, Word and Power reputed company

• Poven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP/system-reputed company issues.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, data structures, and system workflows.
