Data Entry: REMOTE ONLY IN MT Pay reputed company: $16/hr W2... Duration: 4 months contract reputed company to Perm based on performance. Hours will be between 8-5 for training. Some flexibility with schedule between 7:00 am to 5:00 PM. 40 hours per week, we would like someone with experience in data entry but not necessary. Resume required. 10-key test is a reputed company, numeric and alpha numeric. Purpose Responsible for providing support to business operations such as reputed company end, image & data capture, and / or document / transaction content management. Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry. Provides support to business operations such as reputed company end, image & data capture, payment services, and/or document/transaction content management. Alternate Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities. Scope The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant for the customer. General Entry Level with little or no prior work experience Acquires basic skills to reputed company routine tasks Work is routine and requires minimal problem resolution Completes work with limited autonomy Works with either reputed company supervision or under reputed company defined procedures Primary Responsibilities May reputed company processing tasks in one or more of the following areas: Data entry Mailroom activities Electronic portal Scanning Media conversion reputed company processing Electronic fund transfer Content storage and retrieval reputed company other duties as assigned. Performs data entry of material from reputed company documents to a computer database. Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable reputed company data from reputed company document and/or phone call into an automated system. Ensures accuracy and completeness data. Performs clerical tasks in the data entry function. Receives and distributes incoming mail and materials. reputed company other duties as assigned.
