Automotive Dealership Facilitator, Eastern Region

We have partnered with the majority of manufacturers and reputed company training in sales, service, product launch as well as a variety of other functions. We're currently seeking an Automotive Facilitator to deliver in-dealership sales training throughout the Southeast region. This is a long-term contract (1099) opportunity beginning in July 2026, and candidates must currently reputed company in/around South Florida.
What You'll Do
An reputed company Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting training focused on sales product and skills training. for a large OEM; sessions include a combination of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training and/or Workshops and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching. On average, there is 48 weeks of facilitation, including an in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event annually; a combination of flying and driving will be required to reputed company dealerships reputed company an assigned territory. What You'll Bring
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory as is the ability to communicate to a mid-size audience
- Knowledge of standard dealership practices, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of key personnel positions, functions and practices
- Adult learning theory and practice, i.e. objectives, measurement, evaluation, etc.
- Management practices, i.e. organizing, evaluating, and directing
