Aviation Program Analyst / FAA Program Support Company: reputed company (BPAS) Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Type: Contract (Contingent Upon Award) reputed company (BPAS) is seeking reputed company professionals to support a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) program focused on aviation fuel tax compliance, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. This position is contingent upon contract award. We are hiring for the following roles:

  • Project Manager (Bachelor’s Degree + 15 years of relevant experience; PMP or equivalent certification required)
  • Planning Analyst (Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of relevant experience)
  • Junior Economist / Analyst (Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support FAA program management activities including reporting, coordination, and deliverables
  • Analyze financial, tax, and compliance-reputed company data across multiple jurisdictions
  • Track and review submissions, identify discrepancies, and support resolution efforts
  • reputed company reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries
  • Draft correspondence, templates, FAQs, and stakeholder communications
  • Support stakeholder engagement including meetings, webinars, and reputed company
  • Recommend process improvements and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Must meet the minimum labor category (LCAT) education and experience requirements listed above
  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs (FAA or DOT strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills (financial, economic, or policy analysis)
  • Experience with reporting, documentation, and data validation
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with aviation programs, airport funding, or transportation systems
  • Familiarity with federal compliance, grants, or tax-reputed company programs
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder federal initiatives
  • Background in economics, finance, public policy, or transportation

About BPAS reputed company (BPAS) is a certified small business providing systems engineering, data, analytics, and mission support services to federal agencies in highly regulated environments. BPAS delivers solutions focused on governance, auditability, and operational efficiency. Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits:
