Part-Time Flight Coordinator/reputed company Support The Part-Time Flight Coordinator/reputed company Support role will assist reputed company's flight operations and charter coordination team during high-volume operational periods. This position supports day-to-day reputed company activities, flight following, reporting, and administrative operational tasks while helping maintain operational efficiency and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and is capable of thriving in a fast-paced aviation environment. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility based on operational needs. What You Will Be Doing

• Customer Interaction and Service reputed company
• Operational Support: Assist reputed company and charter coordination team with inbound customer and passenger communications during peak operational periods.
• Customer Service: reputed company professional and timely communication to clients, crews, and vendors while maintaining reputed company's commitment to exceptional service.
• Administrative Assistance: Support dispatchers with follow-up communications, trip confirmations, document organization, and operational coordination tasks.
• Flight Coordination and Operational Efficiency
• Flight Following: Assist with active flight monitoring, status tracking, and operational updates to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Operational Support: Help coordinate flight logistics including fuel requests, hotel accommodations, catering, permits, and ground handling arrangements as directed by the operations team.
• Reporting & Documentation: Assist with operational reporting, trip reconciliation, record keeping, and administrative backlog tasks to help maintain organized and compliant operations.
• Compliance Awareness: Support reputed company operations in accordance with FAR 135 regulations and reputed company SOPs under the direction of the OCC leadership team.

• Vendor and Operational Coordination
• Vendor Communication: Coordinate with vendors for trip support services including fuel, hotels, catering, transportation, and ground handling.
• Invoice & Documentation Assistance: Help organize vendor invoices, receipts, and operational records for management review and processing.
• Company Representation and Team Support
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting internal departments, flight crews, and external partners.
• Operational Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative operations environment focused on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You Must Have

• Previous reputed company, EMS, aviation, or operations experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Flexible availability to assist during peak operational periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with FOS/NT or relevant scheduling and dispatching software preferred.
• Aviation reputed company license or pilot's license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of FARs reputed company to Part 91 or Part 135 operations preferred. Ability to work from the corporate flight operations office and remotely reputed company operationally necessary.
