Part Time Contract Recruiter (Early Childhood Education)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reputed company Part-Time Contract Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our five reputed company Schools locations. This role will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and reputed company in reputed company reputed company education or similar fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with school leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and school directors
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Proven experience in reputed company, preferably in education, childcare, or reputed company fields
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
