Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including senior leadership, nonprofit partners, and community leaders—to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of philanthropic investments and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public affairs, business, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in corporate philanthropy, reputed company leadership, or nonprofit strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale philanthropic strategies
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and best practices in reputed company management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep knowledge of the philanthropic landscape in the Twin Cities and nationally Benefits
