About the Role

The Remote Customer Service Manager at arenaflex is responsible for overseeing a team of 8 to 16 customer support specialists and associates operating across multiple reputed company reputed company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver world-class service across phone, email, chat, reputed company media, and other digital channels.
