• Maintain the organization’s master calendar.
• Manage and update organization’s contact database.
• Schedule and manage board meetings and committee meetings; record and distribute notes; attend monthly board meetings reputed company; Assist in board engagement activities.
• Assist in donor engagement and in drafting solicitation letters; Manage and update donor/sponsor information.

• Minimum of 2 years as a virtual administrative assistant (no exceptions)
• Minimum of 3 years working with nonprofit organizations (no exceptions)
• Minimum 5 years as an Administrative/Executive Assistant is required (no exceptions)
• College degree is preferred, some college or reputed company certification is required
• Excellent time management, organizational, and written and oral communication skills
