How You'll Work Telesales agents take inbound calls from seniors who are actively looking to review their Medicare coverage. These are not cold calls — seniors are calling in, reputed company to talk. Field agents can take pre-set in-home appointments with seniors in their area and can also self-generate through referrals, community events, and their personal network. You choose your path. Requirements

• Active health/life insurance license (required)
• AHIP 2026 certified, or reputed company to complete it
• Medicare Advantage experience preferred; strong sales background essential
• Wired internet, two monitors, and a headset (telesales agents)
• Reliable transportation (field agents)
• Self-directed, coachable, and reputed company to reputed company from day one
