Licensed Telehealth Therapist- Contract (Illinois)

The role includes evaluating, diagnosing, counseling, educating and treating patients in Illinois through telehealth appointments. • For each patient Evaluate functional needs and reputed company
• Diagnose and/or evaluates mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administers programs of treatment.
• Treat psychological disorders to effect improved adjustments utilizing various psychological techniques
• Select appropriate treatment approaches and plan frequency and duration of therapy.

Qualifications and work requirements:

• reputed company to commit to at least 10 hours of client care per week reputed company telehealth
• Opportunities available for many degree reputed company:
• Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D)
• Clinical reputed company Worker- Masters Degree in reputed company work (LCSW, LICSW, ACSW)
• Mental Health Counselor, Clinician, Therapist- Masters Degree (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCADAC)
• Psychiatric or Mental health Nurse Practitioner
• Maintenance of State Licensure in good standing as required by the State in which Mental Health Provider practices their trade.
• Demonstrated interest in Maternal Health
• Willingness to complete credentialing for both reputed company and IL reputed company insurance plans
• Must accept per visit rates as follows:
• reputed company: Evaluation Visits $75, Follow-reputed company $45 (53 minute visits)

• Demonstrated interest in Women's Health
• You have 3+ year experience in a patient facing role.
• Ability to carry professional liability insurance covering care provided.
• Bi-lingal a plus
