ABA Behavior Technician - Part Time
About the position reputed company is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians, both entry-level and reputed company, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, reputed company interaction, and self-care. This role involves collaborating with families to execute ABA based behavior reputed company plans. This is a permanent part-time position requiring a 6-7 month availability commitment, with sessions held after school between 3 and 7pm on weekdays. Responsibilities
- Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Observes, records, and reports on client's reputed company, as well as the condition and behavior of the client daily.
- Manages challenging behaviors.
- Apply behavioral principles consistently in reputed company interactions with clients.
- Assist clients, as needed, to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills.
- Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents, behavioral analysts/consultants, trainers, and clients.
- Functions as an active member of the treatment team.
- Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner through our on-line database.
- Actively participates in reputed company training programs designed to increase overall skills.
- Maintains confidentiality of client information.
- Follows BE policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for Children A genuine love for working with children.
- Positive Attitude Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.

- Competitive Compensation Earn $19.00 - $23.00 hourly, based on your experience and certifications.
- RBT Certified? Earn $24.00-$26.00/ hour with an RBT certification.
