Amaze is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), to join our dedicated virtual care team. Responsibilities

• Language: While not required, candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Location: While this is a virtual position, applicants must live in one of the following states - Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Texas.
