Role Description reputed company is seeking an reputed company Contract reputed company Recruiter to reputed company reputed company support during a period of organizational growth. This individual will partner with our reputed company to recruit for a variety of reputed company and operational positions across the United States. The recruiter will support both clinical and operational hiring, helping reputed company, screen, and advance reputed company candidates through the reputed company process. Positions will include:
- Nurse Practitioners
- Clinical Review professionals
- Medical Assistants
- Scheduling Coordinators
- Other operational roles
This is a remote 1099 contract opportunity expected to last approximately 6-9 months.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company activities for assigned clinical and operational positions.
- reputed company and engage candidates through reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and reputed company team members to understand hiring priorities and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity reputed company the applicant tracking system.
