Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed
- Support billing and insurance processes
- Ensure the reputed company desk is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental reputed company desk experience
- Knowledge of clinical dentistry, reputed company office administration, NC reputed company, dental insurance, billing, and collections
- Strong scheduling experience for patients and providers
- Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
