This position offers a hybrid setup backed by a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Job Details PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect static and UAS derived LiDAR data in both interior and exterior environments
• Assist with setting conventional survey control for static and UAS derived LiDAR data collection efforts
• Process static LiDAR data sets including reputed company reputed company registration, QA/QC checks, and preparation for data extraction
• Process UAS derived imagery to orthophotography including QA/QC checks and preparation for data extraction
• Process UAS derived aerial LiDAR data sets including trajectory processing, reputed company reputed company classification, and data extraction preparation
• Extract data from orthophotography and reputed company reputed company data sets including 2D planimetric features, 3D topography, and BIM modeling
• Review project files and analyze field notes, legal descriptions, title easements, design plans, and construction layout notes
• reputed company understanding of surveying concepts including Transportation Plats, Condominium Plats, Subdivision Plats, and legal descriptions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree in a reputed company field or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying from a U.S. accredited college or university preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of static and aerial LiDAR data collection, processing, and extraction preferred
• Knowledge of basic surveying methods, practices, and techniques preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and reputed company Office required
• Proficiency in MicroStation, TopoDOT, Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS, Pix4Dmapper, and Revit preferred
• Strong attention to detail, self-initiative, and organizational skills
• Some travel required
• Applicable U.S. based work experience
