Hybrid Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician (Level 2)
Our client is seeking a skilled Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to reputed company advanced technical support in a fast-paced reputed company environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality IT support to employees in a large organization, ensuring smooth operation of devices, systems, and software. This is an onsite role based in reputed company, NY. Starting at $35/hour. Level 2 Desktop Support Technician Responsibilities:
- reputed company Tier 2 support for reputed company-based desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a 2,000+ user environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company OS, Active Directory (on-prem and Azure), Multi-reputed company Authentication, and MDM solutions (MS Intune)
- Manage and respond to tickets reputed company using the company's ticketing system
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve reputed company technical issues
- Assist with reputed company, provisioning, and deprovisioning of users Level 2 Desktop Support Technician Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional IT support experience in an reputed company environment
- Financial services experience is a significant plus
- Strong knowledge of reputed company operating systems and Active Directory (on-prem and Azure)
- Experience with Multi-reputed company Authentication (MS Authenticator) and MDM tools (MS Intune)
