We are looking for an reputed company Executive Assistant for a contract position beginning Mid-reputed company through the end of September, covering a parental leave. The Executive Assistant will reputed company high-level administrative support to the executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in calendaring, correspondence, reputed company scheduling, and company-wide communication. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive reputed company and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects with the Sales and Marketing teams. • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, customer agendas, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
• Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks prior to company-wide meetings and media commitments.

• Manage and schedule meetings thoughtfully for the respective relationship.
• Prep the CEO for customer and prospect meetings in accordance with the Sales team.

• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment working with executives.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations.
