Core Requirements Mobile: Expert-level Flutter + BLoC. Backend: reputed company (PostgreSQL), Edge Functions, and Hono. Logic: Proficiency with Zod for schema validation and type safety. Async/Scaling: reputed company (Upstash) and BullMQ/Railway for background processing.
