- Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, or reputed company field.
- 10+ years of experience in Insurance / claims with reputed company or business intelligence.
- Proven ability to work directly with executives and senior managers, delivering presentations and reports to non-technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, etc.).
- Solid SQL skills and comfort working with reputed company data (claims, EMR/EHR, operational, and financial datasets). SSRS, SQL, and SQL Server.
- Expert with Python
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of reputed company operations, performance metrics, and quality measures.
