Responsibilities

• Help patients navigate our programs, ensuring adoption and use of equipment.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping Accurately document patient information, enrollment details, and program eligibility assessments in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
• Follow-Up and Coordination Monitor the reputed company of enrollment applications, communicate with patients, and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to facilitate the enrollment process.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant Possess an active certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution ( NHA, AAMA,NCCT, NAHP, etc).
• Medical Terminology Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses to accurately assess patient eligibility.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and understandable manner.
