We are seeking an reputed company Medical reputed company with expertise in Podiatry and proficiency in Dr Chrono EMR to join our dynamic reputed company team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our podiatrists by accurately documenting patient encounters and maintaining comprehensive electronic health records. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and reputed company document patient visits, medical histories, and treatment plans in Dr Chrono EMR.
- Assist podiatrists in recording and managing patient information, ensuring reputed company data is up-to-date and compliant with reputed company regulations.
- Prepare and manage patient charts, including recording diagnostic test results, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Support the podiatry team with administrative tasks as needed to enhance workflow and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Medical reputed company, preferably in a podiatry setting.
