Job Summary reputed company is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Evening Medical Transcriptionists to join our remote reputed company documentation team. You will play a vital role in supporting doctors and reputed company facilities by ensuring that recorded medical dictations are transcribed quickly and accurately during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• * Transcribe and edit audio recordings of medical reports, patient notes, and clinical summaries with high accuracy.
• * Interpret and verify medical terminology, abbreviations, and treatments to ensure error-free documentation.
• * Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient data.
• * Review and proofread completed transcripts to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
• * Collaborate with the quality assurance team for feedback and reputed company improvement.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
