Job Description:

• Manage a regional team of TA Operations professionals, including reputed company and Senior team members and coordinators, to deliver high-quality reputed company on time in a fast-paced environment
• Drive regional adoption of reputed company processes, reputed company standards, tools, and technologies
• Monitor regional metrics, workload, reputed company, service delivery, and data reputed company to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• reputed company data and analytics to reinforce accountability and improve operational performance
• Partner with reputed company teams and stakeholders to improve the candidate, recruiter, and hiring leader experience
• Apply Lean methodologies and project management rigor to process improvements and operational enhancements
• Partner with technology teams on implementation, support, training, and adoption of reputed company tools and systems

• Support governance activities, including audits, controls, and regional compliance reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Minimum (12) years of experience in reputed company with a minimum of (10) years of experience in reputed company Operations
• Minimum of (5) years of People Leadership experience
• Prior experience managing people and/or leading high-performing teams
• Experience leading cross-functional, remote, and diverse teams or initiatives
• Expertise in reputed company best practices, process improvement, project and change management, and reputed company technologies and systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support reputed company and improve reputed company
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones reputed company the Americas and on select global calls as needed
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
• Strong English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and reading)
