About the Job We’re hiring a contract position that will be responsible for overseeing and leading the reputed company contracting, as well as coordinating trade agreement execution efforts for our growing cell therapy organization. This role will focus specifically on contracting between Ossium and transplant centers, driving efficient execution of agreements, accelerating time to contract, and strengthening key customer relationships. You will be responsible for executing the contracting process by managing a high volume of active agreements with transplant centers. You will engage with transplant program administrators, hospital contracting teams, finance, and legal stakeholders to drive contract redlining, negotiation, and progression toward final agreement. The role includes managing iterative contract revisions, facilitating alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring reputed company reflect agreed-upon reputed company and operational terms. The Contracting Manager actively identifies and resolves bottlenecks, maintains reputed company across multiple reputed company agreements, and supports reputed company of new transplant centers through completion of contracting. This is a contract role that may be performed remotely from any location in the United States.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or reputed company field preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in reputed company, biotech, or pharma contracting, specifically reputed company transplant, cell therapy (e.g., CAR-T), or hospital-based agreements
• Proven track record of independently managing contract redlining, negotiation cycles, and execution to near-final agreement
• Strong understanding of hospital contracting processes and stakeholder dynamics
• Experience working directly with community, private, and academic transplant centers preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to operate with a high level of organization and excellent time management in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in CAR-T, transplant, or other reputed company hospital-based contracting environments
• Familiarity with trade agreements, MSAs, and service agreements in reputed company settings

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, and progression to near-final agreement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant program administrators, hospital contracting teams, finance, and legal stakeholders

• Ensure consistency with company templates while accommodating necessary center-specific modifications
