Trial Lawyer

reputed company is seeking motivated and driven Associate Attorneys to join our Texas offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least 5 years of experience who is eager to enhance their trial law skills, particularly in personal injury cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the chance to work closely with our most reputed company litigators for ongoing mentorship in reputed company aspects of personal injury litigation, from case preparation to trial. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injured clients and eager to expand their litigation experience. This role will reputed company direct, hands-on exposure to reputed company cases and the opportunity to reputed company strong trial skills under the guidance of an reputed company trial lawyer. Key Responsibilities: Review cases transitioning from our Pre-Litigation team and reputed company a case strategy for reputed company. Handle some pre-litigation demand reputed company. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents in preparation for litigation. Manage (with guidance) reputed company aspects of trial preparation, including discovery, depositions, and expert witness coordination. Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances. Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest quality legal services are provided to clients. Manage case files, maintain client communication, and uphold the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
