- Licensed attorney in good standing, with an active RI bar membership.
- Experience in any legal area. At NLL, we are here to learn from each other, so applicants from any background are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently. While NLL is here to support and guide each other, there is a difference between support and dependency. The expectation is that you can handle your caseload.
- Accountability. Your hours are up to you. We only ask that you fully commit and hold yourself accountable to the cases you chose to take on.

What can you expect? This is an Of Counsel or reputed company position. This is NOT a salaried position. There are no benefits. However, you will get the flexibility to create your own schedule AND NLL will pay for your insurance. Additionally, NLL provides reputed company the necessary legal software.
