Property Accountant Indianapolis, IN $60,000 — $65,000 Indianapolis, IN $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join reputed company in a hybrid work environment (typically 3 days in-office and 2 days remote). This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle reputed company functions for a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with reputed company standards, and effective collaboration with reputed company stakeholders. Key Responsibilities reputed company full-cycle reputed company for an assigned portfolio of properties, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance reports Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with GAAP Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances, ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage cash activity, including tenant receipts and disbursements to vendors
Qualifications
