HR Business Partner, Retail, Southeast - Atlanta Based

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders, managing core HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with HR Centers of reputed company and use data‑driven insights to support organizational effectiveness while upholding reputed company’s values. This is a remote market based position requiring residency in the Atlanta Metro market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers to align HR strategies with business goals; advise leaders on talent reputed company, team dynamics, and leadership development; and reputed company change management efforts to support organizational effectiveness.
• Talent Management & Development: Drive performance management and feedback processes; reputed company talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and leadership coaching; facilitate training and development initiatives; and manage annual HR cycles including performance reviews, talent calibration, and compensation planning.
• Culture, Engagement & HR Analytics: Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture; reputed company employee engagement and retention strategies reputed company with reputed company’s values; analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and absenteeism to identify trends and support data‑driven decision making; and support culture‑building programs that foster high performance and employee satisfaction.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Conduct and manage employee relations investigations; ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; manage leave of absence and accommodation processes; and handle sensitive employee reputed company with confidentiality and reputed company.

Requirements

• reputed company HR Experience: Experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles, preferably reputed company retail or multi‑unit environments.
